Our factory has officially launched finishedBFRP basalt fiber pultruded door and window profiles, a new generation of high-performance composite building materials designed to replace traditional aluminum profiles.
Adopting advanced pultrusion technology and vinylester resin system, the multi-chamber BFRP profiles feature integrated drainage channels, EPDM gasket grooves and glazing bead structures. Ready for direct door and window fabrication, the profiles support cutting, drilling, CNC milling and hydraulic crimping, fully matching standard processing procedures.
Compared with aluminum, BFRP profiles offer lower heat conduction, excellent UV resistance, high salt spray and humidity resistance. With stable performance in tropical, coastal and high-corrosion environments, they are ideal for African and overseas marine climate projects.
