Basalt fiber unidirectional fabric is made of continuous basalt filament yarn. The majority fibers are arranged along the warp direction, with thin weft yarns only used for fixing structure.

This unidirectional basalt fabric delivers prominent tensile strength in the fiber orientation. It features excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, low moisture absorption and stable mechanical properties. As an eco-friendly inorganic reinforcement material, it contains no asbestos.

Operating temperature range: -200℃ ~ 700℃. It can be well compounded with epoxy resin, vinyl resin and other matrix resins.
