BF826 Series

General-purpose products
Suitable for pultrusion, filament winding and weaving processes, compatible with unsaturated polyester resin (UP), epoxy resin (EP) and vinyl ester resin (VE) systems. After reinforcement, basalt fibers can be fabricated into pultruded profiles, pipeline winding layers, two-way multiaxial fabrics, mesh cloth and woven fabrics. They are widely used in construction, pipeline engineering, high-temperature filtration and other industries.

Product introduction
Our basalt direct untwisted roving is manufactured via an innovative tank furnace process with a 2400-hole large bushing plate, forming the roving in a single continuous step. Produced from homogeneous basalt raw ore, this product inherits the superior properties of basalt fiber: high tensile strength, high modulus, outstanding temperature resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance and reliable electrical insulation. It delivers stable performance, consistent quality and low dispersion coefficient.

Each yarn ball is packaged with heat shrink film or stretch film and then placed on a tray or carton.

Storage: It should be kept in a dry and cool place to prevent moisture. It is recommended to maintain a balanced indoor temperature. It should remain in its original packaging before use.
